Property listings displayed on this website are provided through the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program. The data flow works like this: Local MLS (where agents input listings) → MLSGrid (a national data aggregator) → This Website (where you search).
MLSGrid aggregates listing data from hundreds of MLSs across the country and provides it to authorized brokerages like us through standardized APIs. The original listing data remains owned by the listing brokerage and the MLS.
